Because Glyphcore items are small-batch apparel, returns and exchanges are accepted only for unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Final sale items, worn/washed items, and custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
